And more to the point, who is this Adam Whitaker?

Well, I am — and I founded iyrie! as an outlet for a wide range of creative work; art, music, photography, design, film, advertising and books.

After graduating from Central St Martins and The Royal College Of Art, I started my professional career writing jokes for greetings cards. Soon I was chancing my arm at advertising and winning quite a few awards along the way. After several years paddling my own canoe through a recession, I moved to Duffy and Fallon in New York working there as Creative Director, before returning to London to take up the same role in the newly founded Fallon in London. In 2002 I left to concentrate on iyrie! full time, undertaking a wide range of projects including driving half way round the world on the Fault Line Living project. Upon my return I took up a position as Creative Director at AMV BBDO, spending four fun-filled and meeting-packed years in London’s number one agency. Currently I am once again turning all my attention to iyrie!.
